Refund policy

At PIXEL 2 PAINT, every banner we create is handmade with care and attention to detail. We take tremendous pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our work, and we want you to love what you receive.

Production Time Because all of our banners are handmade to order, please allow 7–10 business days for production before your order ships. We put real time and skill into every piece, and we appreciate your patience as we craft your order.

If your order is delayed beyond our standard production window, we'll reach out to let you know — and as a thank-you for your understanding, we'll include a discount on your next order with us.

Custom & Handmade Items Because all of our banners are custom-made to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, incorrect sizing submitted by the customer, or change of mind. Each piece is uniquely crafted for you, which means it cannot be restocked or resold.

Damaged or Defective Items If your banner arrives damaged or has a defect in our workmanship, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [your email address]. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will work with you to make it right — whether that's a replacement or a refund, depending on the situation.

Order Errors If we made an error on your order (wrong design, wrong text, wrong size from what was confirmed), we will reprint or refund your order at no cost to you. Please reach out within 7 days of delivery.

Cancellations Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. After production has begun, cancellations are not accepted as materials and labor have already been committed to your order.

Refund Processing Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
