1. Overview By placing an order with Pixel2Paint, you agree to these Terms of Service. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time.

2. Products All banners are handmade to order. Because each item is custom-crafted, slight variations in color, texture, or finish may occur and are part of the handmade nature of our products.

3. Order Processing & Production Time Custom orders require at least or around 7–10 business days for production before shipment. We will notify you if there are any delays. Rush orders may be available upon request — contact us before placing your order.  An additional $10 may and will most likely be charged for rush orders.  [KEEP IN MIND: We hand-make and craft these banners so rush orders are difficult for us, but are available.]

4. Personalization & Custom Orders By submitting custom text, artwork, or design details, you confirm you have the right to use that content and grant Pixel2Paint permission to reproduce it on your order. We are not responsible for errors in customer-submitted content (spelling, colors, sizing) once an order is confirmed.

5. Shipping We currently self-fulfill and ship all orders directly. Estimated delivery times are in addition to production time. Shipping carriers and transit times may vary. We are not responsible for carrier delays once a package has been handed off. Tracking information will be provided when your order ships.

6. Returns & Refunds Because all products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective. Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Orders If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will remake or refund at our discretion.

8. Limitation of Liability Pixel2Paint's liability is limited to the value of the order placed. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
